About the position

The Digital Marketing Manager at Mystic Lake Casino is responsible for overseeing the digital marketing, web, mobile, and social casino strategy for the SMSC Gaming Enterprise. This role focuses on building effective digital marketing programs that align with business objectives across various sectors including gaming, hotel, entertainment, food and beverage, loyalty, and talent acquisition. The position requires leadership and mentorship of the digital strategy and web development teams, utilizing expertise in Adobe platforms to enhance the enterprise's digital marketing capabilities.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the digital marketing, web, mobile, and social casino strategy for the SMSC Gaming Enterprise.
  • Lead the digital marketing team and provide mentorship to team members.
  • Architect the evolution of the enterprise's digital marketing capabilities.
  • Develop and implement digital marketing strategies that drive measurable results.
  • Oversee the management of a digital portfolio of website application properties.
  • Utilize Adobe Experience Manager, Adobe Target, and Adobe Analytics to enhance marketing efforts.
  • Analyze data to identify trends and present key findings to inform future programs.
  • Collaborate with other departments to support their marketing needs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • 6+ years of experience in marketing.
  • 3+ years of experience in direct people leadership.
  • 3+ years of experience with Adobe Experience Manager, Adobe Analytics, and Adobe Target.
  • Proven success in managing a digital portfolio and implementing digital marketing strategies.
  • Strong familiarity with digital marketing best practices.
  • Mastery of digital marketing methodology and data-driven analysis.
  • Experience with automated communication journeys and marketing automation tools.
  • Demonstrated experience leading a digital marketing team using an enterprise-level content management system.
  • Experience with Adobe Workfront is strongly preferred.
  • Proven ability to analyze data and apply findings to future programs.
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills and ability to work across different audiences.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with Adobe CDP/AEP is strongly preferred.
