About the position

The Digital Marketing Manager at mHUB is responsible for enhancing the brand's national recognition through strategic content marketing, HubSpot management, website optimization, and analytics. This role involves collaborating with the marketing department to execute marketing strategies that drive engagement and growth in a high-growth, entrepreneurial environment.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the Senior Director of Marketing on editorial calendar planning and execution.
  • Write, edit, develop, and distribute multi-channel content, working with graphic design and video teams on creative assets.
  • Use SEO tools like SEMRush to optimize content for priority themes and key terms.
  • Manage website, email, and social content through HubSpot.
  • Plan PPC campaign messaging and creative with external agency for startup accelerator applications.
  • Provide day-to-day support of HubSpot including campaigns, audience segmentation, workflows, data imports/exports, reporting, and email and social deployments.
  • Implement new capabilities, reports, and processes with operational leaders to accelerate goals and drive staff adoption.
  • Craft automations and messaging for customer journeys and lead nurturing.
  • Align with development team on data integrity, properties, and mailing practices.
  • Train other departments and staff in HubSpot for sales, marketing, and reporting.
  • Oversee website management, updates, integrations, and performance.
  • Lead backlink strategy and maintain healthy backlink/disavow lists.
  • Manage website indexing and stay up to date on SERP trends, including the impact of AI overviews and user-generated content.
  • Manage SSL and hosting agreements for main website and microsites.
  • Monitor domain authority, keyword rankings, and cannibalizations.
  • Define benchmarks and KPIs aligning with organization goals and competitive landscape.
  • Create monthly performance reports using Google Analytics, SEMRush, and HubSpot.
  • Extract insights for leadership from QoQ and YoY data analyses.
  • Manage campaigns to a budget and track and report on spending.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of professional experience in digital and content marketing.
  • Extensive HubSpot knowledge for marketing and development.
  • Skilled in SEMRush, Google Search Console and Tag Manager, Google Analytics, Monday.com, Adobe, LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, and Reddit.
  • Data-driven, leveraging insights to inform strategy and compile reports.
  • Proven multi-channel campaign and audience growth success.
  • Experience managing backlink strategies and optimizing web properties.
  • Strong executive presentation skills.
  • Self-starter, effective independently and in teams, thriving in high-intensity environments.
  • Bachelor's degree required, familiarity with startups or manufacturing a plus.
