About the position

The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for enhancing the company's digital presence and brand reputation through effective content creation and strategy. This role involves planning, producing, and managing various forms of digital content while collaborating with the marketing team to align with business goals.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the marketing team to create content strategies aligned with business goals and target audience preferences.
• Produce high-quality written, visual, and multimedia content including articles, blog posts, social media posts, videos, infographics, and more.
• Edit and proofread content before publication.
• Conduct thorough research on industry trends, market insights, and competitor activities to ensure content relevance and competitiveness.
• Manage and maintain an editorial calendar to organize and schedule content publication across different channels.
• Utilize various distribution channels including social media, email newsletters, and website to maximize content reach and engagement.
• Monitor content performance metrics such as views, engagement, and conversions, and analyze data to refine strategies and improve results.
• Ensure all content produced adheres to brand guidelines, tone of voice, and messaging standards.
• Work closely with designers, marketers, and other team members to brainstorm ideas, provide content support, and contribute to cross-functional projects.
• Stay updated on content marketing trends, tools, and techniques, and proactively suggest innovative ideas to enhance content effectiveness.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or Journalism
• Proven work experience as a Content Writer or similar role
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite for graphic design
• Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills
• Experience with social media management and advertising
• Familiarity with web technologies and content management systems
• Excellent copywriting skills with the ability to craft engaging content for diverse audiences.
• Experience with video content editing creation software and picture editing skills.
