The primary goal is to increase brand awareness, drive traffic to the website and call center, and generate leads through digital channels. This involves developing and implementing effective digital marketing strategies that engage audiences and convert them into leads. The manager will oversee and enhance digital strategies, including pay-per-click (PPC) advertising, display advertising, and social media campaigns, utilizing data analytics to track performance and make informed decisions for continuous improvement. Collaboration is key in this role, as the Digital Marketing Manager will work closely with creative, communications, and local teams to produce engaging content tailored for digital platforms. Additionally, the manager will monitor and manage the company's online reputation, employing strategies to enhance it, which includes tracking trends, developing new engagement tactics, and responding to customer feedback. Staying updated on the latest digital marketing trends and technologies, including artificial intelligence, is essential for recommending ongoing improvements to the marketing strategies. Other duties may be assigned as necessary to support the overall marketing objectives of the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to drive online engagement and generate leads.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum of two to three (2-3) years of experience in digital marketing, focusing on advertising, digital assets, and reputation management.
  • Strong knowledge of digital asset management and online engagement strategies.
  • Proficient in digital advertising platforms and tools.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision making.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

Nice-to-haves

  • Healthcare experience preferred.
