About the position

The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for managing the strategy and execution of digital marketing initiatives, focusing on website optimization, SEO, and social media marketing. This role is crucial for enhancing brand perception and driving pipeline growth through effective digital marketing practices.

Responsibilities

  • Review and assess the current state of digital marketing and create a plan to enhance brand perception and contribute to pipeline growth.
  • Own website personalization and optimization, collaborating with content marketing and design teams.
  • Work with the VP of NA Marketing to ensure alignment of campaigns with go-to-market strategies.
  • Develop and execute digital Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies targeting key accounts and industries using the ABM platform, Influ2.
  • Manage social media strategy and execution, particularly focusing on enhancing the LinkedIn brand presence.
  • Collaborate with content marketers and designers to maintain a consistent voice and visual design across all platforms.
  • Analyze and report on performance across all digital marketing channels.
  • Track pipeline and attribution for all digital marketing campaigns.

Requirements

  • Degree in Marketing, Communication, Advertising, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in digital marketing.
  • Experience in strategizing and implementing end-to-end digital marketing campaigns.
  • Proven experience running high-performing campaigns on LinkedIn.
  • Strong eye for compelling visual design.
  • Ability to drive consistent and cohesive campaigns and messaging.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
