About the position

The Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for building, managing, optimizing, and reporting on digital marketing campaigns across various channels. This role focuses on supporting client goals and objectives through performance-driven strategies and tactics, ensuring effective communication and collaboration with clients and internal teams.

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day campaign activities across various digital channels, including ongoing analysis and optimizations based on campaign goals
  • Conduct campaign research, planning, and setup across Google and Facebook as well as other digital platforms
  • Provide tactic recommendations based on unique client goals and audiences
  • Collaborate cross-departmentally to ensure strategy alignment
  • Communicate directly with clients via email, phone, and in person
  • Compile monthly reporting and write performance insights

Requirements

  • Experience in building, managing, and testing paid marketing campaigns across multiple channels including Facebook and Google Ads
  • Strong critical thinking and creative problem-solving skills to tackle unique challenges of each client and campaign
  • Ability to analyze data and optimize campaigns to drive performance
  • Working knowledge of Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics 4 is a plus, but not required
  • Ability to self-manage time and keep projects on track

  • Experience with AI tools for job description enhancement
