About the position

The Digital Marketing Manager at Citarella is responsible for leading the company's digital storytelling across various platforms. This role focuses on enhancing brand awareness, engaging new and existing customers, and driving traffic to both physical and online stores. The manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective digital marketing strategies, utilizing email, SMS, and other digital media to promote the Citarella brand.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the voice of the company through digital channels.
  • Develop and implement the company's digital media marketing and email plan.
  • Create and engage new customers and reintroduce existing customers.
  • Continuously generate content and measure effectiveness using analytic tools.
  • Coordinate campaigns with other brand initiatives to achieve marketing goals.
  • Conduct competitive research and identify target audiences.
  • Schedule, coordinate, and track all digital/email marketing initiatives.
  • Identify and analyze industry trends and insights to make recommendations.
  • Increase email and SMS subscribers and expand online traffic and e-commerce sales.
  • Maintain understanding of SEM, SEO, and recommend changes as needed.
  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns against goals.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to achieve marketing goals.
  • Work with agencies and vendors for marketing and digital media projects.
  • Generate and share content that encourages customer engagement.
  • Stay informed of new technologies and guide the company based on advancements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or Communications.
  • 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Experience with digital media analytic tools (Google Analytics, Meta, TikTok, etc.).
  • Knowledge of SEO & SEM best practices.
  • Understanding of email platforms and customer journeys.
  • Experience with paid media strategy and digital tactics.
  • Basic knowledge of web design and development.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
