About the position

The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for managing the strategy and execution of various digital marketing initiatives, including website optimization, SEO, and social media marketing. This role is crucial for enhancing brand perception and driving pipeline growth. The ideal candidate will leverage their expertise to implement best practices across digital channels and report directly to the VP of NA Marketing.

Responsibilities

  • Review and assess the current state of digital marketing and create a plan to enhance brand perception and contribute to pipeline growth.
  • Own website personalization and optimization, collaborating with content marketing and design teams.
  • Work with the VP of NA Marketing to ensure alignment of campaigns with go-to-market strategies.
  • Develop and execute digital account-based marketing (ABM) strategies for key accounts using the Influ2 platform.
  • Manage social media strategy and execution, focusing on enhancing the brand presence on LinkedIn.
  • Collaborate with content marketers and designers to maintain a consistent voice and visual design across platforms.
  • Analyze and report on performance across all digital marketing channels.
  • Track pipeline and attribution for all digital marketing campaigns.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, Advertising, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing.
  • Proven experience in strategizing and implementing end-to-end digital marketing campaigns.
  • Experience running high-performing campaigns on LinkedIn.
  • Strong visual design skills and an eye for compelling design.
  • Ability to drive consistent and cohesive messaging across campaigns.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in SaaS or SaaS services, particularly in a B2B marketing environment targeting commercial-sized organizations.
  • Familiarity with WordPress, Influ2, ZoomInfo, Pardot, and Salesforce.
  • Background in graphic design.
