About the position

The Digital Brand Marketing Manager at Whirlpool Corporation is responsible for leading and enhancing the digital brand experience for laundry products across various owned digital channels. This role focuses on building consumer relationships, improving brand perception, and increasing conversion rates throughout the Consumer Decision Journey (CDJ).

Responsibilities

  • Be the in-house expert in consumer insights and marketplace trends impacting digital shopper expectations.
  • Work in partnership with Direct to Consumer (D2C) Sales & Brand teams to increase meaningful differentiation in the shopping experience.
  • Support design and delivery of enhancements to the laundry shopping experience at all stages of the CDJ.
  • Own and/or support the Shopper-focused Initiatives on the Digital Consumer Experience (CX) Roadmap.
  • Own the digital execution of sales promotions, brand campaigns, new product launches, and Maintenance of Business (MOB) projects.
  • Assess and optimize the effectiveness of Shopper-facing content and provide feedback to Brand Teams.
  • Lead the development of current-state and future-state journey maps to drive consumer-centricity across teams.
  • Contribute thought leadership to annual planning.

Requirements

  • Bachelor degree
  • 6+ years of experience in digital/brand marketing, agency (digital focus) or digital products.

Nice-to-haves

  • Bachelor degree in design, marketing, advertising, communication, business, business management, public relations, or any other related field
  • Knowledge of Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), Authoring, Figma, Adobe Analytics and Jira
  • Experience working with and managing external vendor and agency relationships
  • Experience working with Front/Back end web developers (agile process, product ownership, etc)
  • Strong strategic and analytical mindset, excellent critical thinking, sound judgment and effective decision-making ability
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
