About the position

SWBC is seeking a talented Digital Marketing Manager to lead and manage digital marketing strategies across all business verticals. This role focuses on implementing marketing automation, paid advertising, SEO, and inbound/outbound marketing strategies to meet business goals. The manager will work closely with the Marketing Analyst and Social Media Team to optimize marketing campaigns and enhance the company's online presence for lead generation and customer retention.

Responsibilities

  • Lead digital marketing strategies and manage digital marketing activities across all business verticals.
  • Implement marketing automation, paid advertising, retargeting, and SEO strategies.
  • Work alongside the Marketing Analyst to optimize marketing campaigns.
  • Manage and maintain content on the company's websites.
  • Support marketing goals established by the VP of Corporate Marketing.
  • Advocate for the online consumer journey and proactively resolve concerns.
  • Coordinate lead generation activities and optimize performance of marketing campaigns.
  • Support website updates, blog promotion, and content enhancements.
  • Perform high-level analyses of campaign performance with the Marketing Analyst.
  • Oversee email marketing efforts to ensure brand cohesiveness.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, Public Relations, or related field.
  • Minimum of three years of marketing campaign experience with a focus on digital advertising.
  • Advanced knowledge of digital marketing, including inbound marketing and database marketing skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Excellent organizational, verbal, and written communication skills.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with lead scoring and campaign measurement.
  • Familiarity with ADA compliance and evolving web standards.
