About the position

The Digital Marketing Manager will lead the development and execution of innovative online strategies to enhance the company's digital presence and drive impactful marketing campaigns. This role focuses on boosting brand awareness, optimizing user experience, and delivering measurable growth in sales and customer acquisition through various digital channels.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies across channels such as SEO, SEM, social media, email, content marketing, and paid advertising.
  • Design and optimize campaigns that generate high-quality leads and improve conversion rates.
  • Oversee the development and distribution of high-quality digital content that supports lead nurturing.
  • Plan, execute, and manage all social media platforms to increase customer interaction and brand visibility.
  • Implement and manage SEO best practices and PPC campaigns to boost online sales.
  • Collaborate with web designers and developers to enhance website user experience (UX).
  • Conduct regular A/B testing and UX analysis to improve website performance.
  • Measure and analyze the performance of digital campaigns and website traffic, providing regular reports to stakeholders.
  • Work closely with sales, product management, and creative teams to align marketing initiatives with business objectives.
  • Continuously research and stay updated on emerging digital marketing and design trends.
  • Plan and monitor budget allocation for paid digital campaigns.
  • Create visually appealing digital assets, including social media graphics and email templates.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing with a proven track record of managing successful campaigns.
  • Strong expertise in digital marketing platforms including Google Analytics, Google Ads, and HubSpot.
  • Proficiency in graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) to create digital marketing assets.
  • Experience with UX design principles and website content management systems (CMS).
  • Familiarity with web development, UI/UX design, and website analytics tools.
