Sprout Pharmaceuticals is searching for an exceptional Digital Marketing Manager to join our creative and collaborative marketing team. In this role, you will help develop, execute, and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Google, YouTube, Amazon, and more. You will work closely with the internal brand marketing team to deliver key activities that will drive marketing, sales, and business objectives. The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for managing digital advertising channels, ensuring that positive ROI is achieved through effective campaign management. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include managing campaign optimizations to reach conversion goals, creating and nurturing digital campaigns across multiple channels, and coordinating with the development team for website optimization and event tracking. You will also track marketing-related initiatives while collaborating with designers, content creators, media buyers, and regulatory review teams to produce marketing campaigns, materials, and assets. Additionally, you will work closely with the digital marketing team to track and record campaign performances, helping to develop goals and expectations for each campaign. You will be expected to develop and manage individual project plans for assigned initiatives clearly and concisely using available tools and resources. Regular updates on assigned initiatives and communication needs will be prepared and delivered to the executive team, along with presentation materials as requested.
