About the position

Sprout Pharmaceuticals is searching for an exceptional Digital Marketing Manager to join our creative and collaborative marketing team. In this role, you will help develop, execute, and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Google, YouTube, Amazon, and more. You will work closely with the internal brand marketing team to deliver key activities that will drive marketing, sales, and business objectives. The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for managing digital advertising channels, ensuring that positive ROI is achieved through effective campaign management. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include managing campaign optimizations to reach conversion goals, creating and nurturing digital campaigns across multiple channels, and coordinating with the development team for website optimization and event tracking. You will also track marketing-related initiatives while collaborating with designers, content creators, media buyers, and regulatory review teams to produce marketing campaigns, materials, and assets. Additionally, you will work closely with the digital marketing team to track and record campaign performances, helping to develop goals and expectations for each campaign. You will be expected to develop and manage individual project plans for assigned initiatives clearly and concisely using available tools and resources. Regular updates on assigned initiatives and communication needs will be prepared and delivered to the executive team, along with presentation materials as requested. The ideal candidate will possess an ownership mindset, demonstrating a commitment to personal and collective success, adaptability, and a solution-oriented approach.

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day campaign optimizations to reach conversion goals.
  • Create and nurture digital campaigns across multiple channels to achieve various goals.
  • Coordinate with development team for website optimization and event tracking.
  • Coordinate and track marketing-related initiatives while working closely with designers, content creators, media buyers, and regulatory review teams.
  • Track and record campaign performances, helping to develop goals and expectations for each campaign.
  • Develop and manage individual project plans for assigned initiatives using available tools and resources.
  • Prepare and deliver regular updates on assigned initiatives to the executive team.
  • Prepare presentation materials for assigned initiatives as requested.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of prior digital marketing experience required (SEO, Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager).
  • Project/account management experience is a nice plus.
  • Intermediate level experience with office tools (Excel, Google Sheets, Word, Google Docs, etc).
  • Strong collaborative communicator.
