About the position

The Digital Marketing Manager at Rapaport will play a crucial role in driving lead generation and optimizing digital marketing strategies within the diamond and jewelry industry. This position involves managing HubSpot operations, executing marketing automation, and enhancing SEO/SEM strategies to improve overall marketing performance. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with the Marketing Director and cross-functional teams to ensure effective campaign execution and customer journey optimization.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize HubSpot operations across Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, and CRM.
  • Develop and execute automated workflows and nurture campaigns for lead generation and client retention.
  • Build, launch, and monitor multi-channel marketing campaigns, tracking key performance metrics.
  • Play an active role in developing and executing SEO/SEM strategies to enhance website visibility.
  • Assist in mapping and optimizing the customer journey to improve client experience and retention rates.
  • Conduct A/B and multivariate testing for various marketing assets to optimize performance.
  • Develop and optimize high-converting landing pages for lead generation and sales campaigns.
  • Create comprehensive reports and dashboards to analyze sales pipeline and campaign performance.
  • Ensure clean data management within HubSpot and collaborate on data segmentation for effective marketing campaigns.
  • Stay current on martech products and industry best practices to drive process enhancements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience using HubSpot, with proficiency in Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, and CRM.
  • Strong technical expertise in marketing automation and CRM management.
  • Proven ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights.
  • Deep understanding of SEO best practices and SEM campaign management.
  • Familiarity with landing page design and optimization.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Nice-to-haves

  • HubSpot Certification(s) in Marketing, Sales, or CRM.
  • Prior experience in B2B marketing with a focus on lead generation.
  • Familiarity with broader digital marketing strategies including content marketing and PPC.
  • Experience with graphic design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe InDesign, or Canva.
