About the position

The Food Hall Co. is seeking an experienced and dynamic Digital Marketing Manager to join our team. This individual will be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing strategies across various platforms, including email marketing, SMS campaigns, paid media, web management, and search engine optimization (SEO). The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in the entertainment or hospitality industry and a passion for driving audience engagement, growth, and comprehensive digital marketing strategies that maximize revenue. In this role, the Digital Marketing Manager will oversee the creation and deployment of email marketing campaigns aimed at promoting events, releases, and brand initiatives. This includes developing segmented email lists, crafting personalized content, and building customer journeys to enhance engagement and conversion rates. The manager will analyze email campaign performance, optimize strategies based on data-driven insights, and prepare performance reports for the leadership team. Additionally, the manager will be responsible for launching and executing SMS marketing campaigns, managing SMS databases, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. They will also develop and manage paid media campaigns across various platforms such as Google Ads, Meta, and TikTok, collaborating with venue marketing teams to monitor and analyze campaign performance. The role includes overseeing the maintenance and optimization of the company's websites, ensuring a seamless user experience, and implementing strategies to increase website traffic and improve conversion rates. The Digital Marketing Manager will also develop and execute SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings, conduct keyword research, and monitor SEO performance. Furthermore, the manager will coordinate with content creators and graphic designers to develop engaging digital content, manage content calendars, and ensure timely publication across digital platforms while maintaining brand consistency. They will utilize analytics tools to measure and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns, providing actionable insights and continuously refining marketing strategies based on performance metrics.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, build, segment and deploy email marketing campaigns to promote events, releases, and brand initiatives.
  • Create segmented email lists, personalized content, and build journeys to enhance engagement and conversion rates.
  • Analyze email campaign performance and optimize based on data-driven insights, as well as build performance reports that will be presented to the leadership team.
  • Launch, design, and execute SMS marketing campaigns to reach and engage target audiences.
  • Manage SMS databases and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Monitor and report on SMS campaign performance metrics.
  • Develop, implement, and manage paid media campaigns across various platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, etc.), in collaboration with the venue marketing teams.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing regular reports and recommendations for optimization.
  • Collaborate with creative team to develop compelling ad content that aligns with campaign goals.
  • Oversee the maintenance and optimization of the company's websites, including building and launching events.
  • Collaborate with web developer and designers to ensure a seamless user experience.
  • Implement strategies to increase website traffic and improve conversion rates.
  • Utilize WordPress for website management initiatives.

  • Conduct keyword research and implement on-page and off-page SEO techniques.
  • Monitor SEO performance and make adjustments to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Coordinate with content creators and graphic designer to develop engaging and relevant digital content.
  • Build and manage content calendars and ensure timely publication across digital platforms.
  • Maintain brand consistency and voice across all digital content.
  • Use analytics tools to measure and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • 5-7 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably within the entertainment or hospitality industry.
  • Proven track record of successful email, SMS, paid media, web, and SEO campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms, including email marketing software (Klaviyo, My Emma, Salesforce, or similar), website management (WordPress), SMS marketing tools, paid media platforms (Meta, Google Ads, Google Analytics, TikTok), CMS/CDP/SEO tools.
  • Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to develop innovative marketing strategies.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with marketing automation tools.

  • PMP certified.
