This includes developing segmented email lists, crafting personalized content, and building customer journeys to enhance engagement and conversion rates. The manager will analyze email campaign performance, optimize strategies based on data-driven insights, and prepare performance reports for the leadership team. Additionally, the manager will be responsible for launching and executing SMS marketing campaigns, managing SMS databases, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. They will also develop and manage paid media campaigns across various platforms such as Google Ads, Meta, and TikTok, collaborating with venue marketing teams to monitor and analyze campaign performance. The role includes overseeing the maintenance and optimization of the company's websites, ensuring a seamless user experience, and implementing strategies to increase website traffic and improve conversion rates. The Digital Marketing Manager will also develop and execute SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings, conduct keyword research, and monitor SEO performance. Furthermore, the manager will coordinate with content creators and graphic designers to develop engaging digital content, manage content calendars, and ensure timely publication across digital platforms while maintaining brand consistency.
