About the position

The Digital Marketing Manager at Maybourne Beverly Hills Hotel plays a crucial role in supporting the Director of Marketing by executing various marketing initiatives across multiple platforms. This position focuses on managing website content and digital advertising spend, collaborating with digital agencies, and developing strategies to enhance the hotel's online presence and revenue generation.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborates with DOSM, DORM, and DOM on multi-channel digital plans based on revenue and occupancy goals.
  • Leads relationship with digital agency organizing monthly calls and supporting pay-per-click and display marketing goals as needed.
  • Strategizes with digital agencies to improve ROAS and top of funnel metrics/dashboard; reports on results.
  • Collaborates with DOM on CRM strategy and maintains content calendar based on market segment demands.
  • Builds email marketing campaigns within CRM software and updates guest communications while adhering to industry best-practices and brand guidelines.
  • Analyzes successes and strategizes opportunities for future growth.
  • Handles day-to-day website management, ensuring all text, imagery, promotions, and events are accurate and up-to-date.
  • Collaborates with MHG and brand agency when appropriate.
  • Assists DOM in content creation, creating provoking visual content and collateral that will increase awareness and positive perception of the property and brand.
  • Assists and participates in the creation, promotion, and execution of on-property events.
  • Maintains print and digital collateral inventory working with various departments on signage, flyers, menus, etc.
  • Assists in the creation of sales presentations.
  • Provides input into overall marketing plan and budgets to support key strategies and revenue goals.
  • Monitors customer reviews on social media sites and responds as requested.
  • Professionally represents MBH in the community and industry organizations and events.
  • Manages digital spend ensuring visibility and final approval is provided by DOSM and DOM.
  • Maintains a professional image at all times that falls within the hotel and company guidelines for appearance and dress.
  • Attends any meetings or training sessions/courses as required.
  • Maintains high confidentiality in regard to guest privacy.
  • Performs any other related duties as determined by MHG, DOSM, and GM.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent required.
  • Minimum three (3) years in marketing position preferably experience working with luxury hospitality brands and digital marketing.
  • Systems experience required to include; Microsoft office, photoshop/adobe acrobat, basic HTML coding.
  • Direct marketing strategy development (comprehensive CRM experience).
  • Budget creation and management a plus.
  • Plan development and management including content creation, social media strategy a plus.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Hotel and competitive market knowledge.
  • Ability to analyze data and develop action plans.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to work in dynamic and fast-changing environment.
  • Must be a self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit.
