The role of Digital & Demand Generation Specialist is pivotal in shaping the strategy and execution of various digital marketing initiatives, including webinars and content syndication, aimed at enhancing customer engagement and understanding of Cribl's solutions. In this position, you will be an integral part of the Revenue Marketing team, responsible for planning and delivering impactful digital experiences that resonate with target audience segments. Your efforts will directly contribute to customer satisfaction, pipeline growth, and overall business success. You will lead the creation and execution of a comprehensive webinar and demo calendar, utilizing data-driven insights to inform content development and maximize pipeline impact. As a subject matter expert in webinars and digital events, you will advise on best practices, benchmark against industry standards, and drive content strategy to create a compelling roadmap of activities that foster learning and engagement. Your role will involve collaboration with various internal and external teams to source speakers, manage project timelines, and ensure the successful execution of live and on-demand programming. You will proactively plan for multiple webinars each quarter, support post-event activations, and evolve the webinar program strategy to include a diverse mix of content types. Additionally, you will moderate webinars, cultivate feedback loops through post-event reporting, and manage on-demand publishing across various channels. Your analytical skills will be essential in assessing program performance and making data-driven recommendations for optimization. This position requires a proactive and innovative mindset, with a strong emphasis on accountability and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities

  • Lead the creation and execution of Cribl's webinar and demo calendar based on data-driven insights.
  • Serve as a webinar and digital events subject matter expert, advising on best practices and running test-and-learn initiatives.
  • Act as a liaison across internal and external teams to source speakers and manage project timelines.
  • Manage the end-to-end implementation of webinars and content syndication, including promotion and optimization.
  • Proactively plan for 12 - 15 live or on-demand webinars per quarter and support post-event activation.
  • Evolve the webinar program strategy to support a mix of channel content and maximize impact.
  • Moderate webinars/demos, facilitating audience engagement and interaction.
  • Cultivate a feedback loop by sharing post-event reporting and creating follow-on messaging.
  • Conduct regular program analysis and briefings, presenting pipeline and revenue impact.
  • Own on-demand publishing across owned and paid resources, identifying promotional platforms for engagement.
  • Manage content syndication channels, including lead capture and performance tracking.
  • Establish processes to facilitate cross-functional work and accelerate program delivery.
  • Support additional digital marketing deliverables as needed.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3-5 years experience in Digital Marketing, with at least 12 months managing webinar and/or demo programs.
  • Strong proactivity, accountability, and a spirit of innovation.
  • Confidence in publicly representing Cribl at a high level.
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment, passionate about technology and startups.
  • Highly data-driven, analytical, and resourceful to tackle hard questions amidst ambiguity.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce and Marketing reporting tools.
  • Experience in B2B Enterprise SaaS marketing is a plus.
