Cumberland Hospitality Group is seeking a passionate and creative Digital Marketing Manager to enhance its digital presence across various platforms. This role involves crafting and executing digital marketing strategies to showcase the company's vibrant restaurants, bars, and venues, ensuring memorable experiences for guests.

Responsibilities

• Mastermind and execute digital marketing strategies across all social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok, LinkedIn) to showcase our restaurants, bars, and venues.
• Gather on-site content for promotions, events, and happenings at our venues.
• Create a content calendar with engaging posts, loyalty program offers, and email newsletters.
• Manage social media accounts, including crafting captions and handling customer interactions.
• Update websites with fresh content, including menus, events, and promotions.
• Collaborate with media partners and influencers to promote our offerings.
• Respond to Google reviews to ensure guests feel heard and valued.
• Maintain up-to-date information on Google to keep our online presence fresh.
• Analyze analytics to track performance and develop strategies that drive engagement.

Requirements

• A track record as a Digital Marketing Manager or similar role, preferably in the hospitality/tourism industry.
• Proficiency in social media management and platforms such as Hootsuite, and familiarity with CMS platforms like Wix and Toast.
• Video editing and design experience using Canva, CapCut, and other platforms.
• Skills in crafting compelling content that captivates audiences.
• Experience in creating successful digital ad campaigns across various channels.
• A degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field; bonus points for certifications like Google Ads.
