About the position

The Digital Marketing Manager at Healthybaby will lead social media and influencer campaigns aimed at enhancing brand awareness. This role focuses on optimizing user acquisition and retention in collaboration with the VP of Growth and CMO, requiring a blend of creativity, analytical skills, and a flexible growth mindset.

Responsibilities

  • Lead social media and influencer campaigns to grow brand awareness.
  • Optimize user acquisition and retention strategies in partnership with the VP of Growth and CMO.
  • Define and manage social strategy across various brand and innovation priorities.
  • Create and manage digital marketing campaigns across email and SMS.
  • Conceptualize and execute content briefs for new product launches and pillar products.
  • Assess campaign performance and provide feedback for optimizations to meet KPIs.
  • Support the VP of Growth in managing media agency relationships.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 4+ years digital marketing experience in a fast-paced, startup environment.
  • Experience leading influencer campaigns.
  • Good understanding of Email, SMS, SEM, SEO, Display, and Affiliate Marketing.
  • Knowledge of email marketing strategies to engage customers and drive repeat purchases.
  • Understanding of performance marketing metrics and ability to analyze campaign performance.
  • Proven track record of developing multi-channel digital campaigns.
  • Proficient knowledge of key social media platforms and best practices.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Digitally savvy and highly curious about new digital trends.
  • Experience with Klaviyo and Aspire platforms is strongly preferred.
