The Digital Marketing Manager at Moody Center will be responsible for managing the entire digital footprint of the venue, which includes overseeing social media, email marketing, the website, the mobile app, and other digital assets. This role is crucial in developing high-impact advertising and content strategies that will enhance the Moody Center's visibility and engagement across various digital platforms. The manager will work closely with the Marketing Coordinator, who will report directly to them, ensuring that all marketing efforts are aligned with the venue's goals and objectives. In this position, the Digital Marketing Manager will conceptualize and curate content aimed at growing the Moody Center's database and organic reach. They will oversee the email marketing strategy, utilizing Salesforce Marketing Cloud to develop and integrate marketing plans that target specific audiences, thereby increasing awareness and driving ticket and product sales. The manager will also be responsible for building and maintaining email templates and automating marketing journeys to optimize customer engagement. The role requires a strong focus on growth marketing and customer acquisition strategies, utilizing metrics such as conversion optimization, A/B testing, and segmentation to refine marketing efforts. The manager will create and manage a content and scheduling calendar for organic social media channels and email marketing, supporting various events and promotional activities. Collaboration is key in this role, as the manager will work with the Senior Manager of Marketing to ensure that all contractual obligations to venue sponsors are met while also exploring creative promotional opportunities. Regular analysis of digital platforms will be necessary to track growth and engagement, and the manager will be expected to develop and maintain the brand voice across all digital channels. Additionally, the Digital Marketing Manager will engage with local influencers, manage the venue's web content management system, and research new trends and technologies to enhance the venue's digital strategies. They will also ensure synergy between the Moody Center and the University of Texas Athletics for cross-promotional efforts. The role includes capturing engaging content throughout the year and collaborating with the marketing team to improve campaign results. On-site representation during designated events will also be part of the responsibilities, along with managing the Marketing Coordinator and interns.
