We are seeking a skilled Digital Marketing Manager to join our agency, which supports conservative businesses and initiatives. This is a fully remote, full-time position that requires a strong background in deploying digital marketing strategies, particularly in the realms of email, social media, and paid advertising. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working within the political landscape, specifically focusing on elevating Republican efforts and businesses. In this role, you will be responsible for deploying digital marketing campaigns for various political podcasts and other clients that align with conservative values. You will monitor and manage campaigns across multiple platforms, including paid media advertising, email, social media, and YouTube. Collaboration is key, as you will work closely with ad operations to ensure effective campaign advertising placement and with the creative team to develop necessary assets for campaigns. Additionally, you may be required to perform basic video trimming for YouTube and social media content as needed. The position demands a proactive approach to digital marketing, with a focus on results-driven strategies that resonate with our target audience. You will be expected to stay updated on the latest trends in digital marketing and apply best practices to enhance campaign performance. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a remote work environment and is comfortable engaging with clients and team members via Zoom.

Responsibilities

  • Deploy digital marketing campaigns for several political podcasts.
  • Manage marketing campaigns for clients, specifically businesses that are publicly right-leaning.
  • Monitor and manage campaigns across paid media advertising, email, social media, and YouTube.
  • Collaborate closely with ad operations for effective campaign advertising placement.
  • Work with the creative team to create necessary assets for campaigns.
  • Perform basic video trimming for YouTube and social media as needed.

Requirements

  • Experience with implementing marketing campaigns across social media, email, paid advertising, and YouTube.
  • Experience in podcast marketing and/or working in a podcasting network.
  • Experience deploying emails in an email automation tool, preferably Hubspot.
  • Understanding of B2B marketing principles.
  • Comfortable in a remote, Zoom-first setting and being on camera with clients and internal teammates.
  • Some knowledge of video clipping/trimming.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience working on or volunteering for a political campaign.
