This position is responsible for leading a high-performing team in developing, implementing, and managing GuideStone's overall marketing automation and website content strategies. This position is charged with collaborating on initiatives across GuideStone, with an emphasis on web, mobile, customer experience, user experience, email marketing, marketing automation and analytics. It is the responsibility of this position to possess knowledge of digital trends, proactively respond to website and email performance, manage stakeholder expectations, and provide strategic direction for all team members. This position reports to the Senior Manager, Digital Marketing and Operations and will work closely with marketing, the Program Management team, and other cross-functional stakeholders to define and deliver digital experiences that achieve desired business outcomes.
