About the position

The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive digital marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and drive customer engagement for a premier Energy Management Company specializing in solar installations. This role involves content creation, social media management, campaign design, and performance analysis to align marketing efforts with the company's goals.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and drive customer engagement across various digital platforms.
• Spearhead content creation for the company's website and social media platforms, ensuring all content is optimized for SEO.
• Manage and optimize social channels to foster community engagement and increase lead generation.
• Design, implement, and monitor effective marketing campaigns that align with the company's goals and objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop branding strategies that differentiate the company.
• Analyze and report on the performance and efficiency of campaigns and events.
• Lead initiatives related to solar, HVAC, roofing, electric, energy, residential construction, utilities, and power to promote our brand and services.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in the solar or construction industry.
• Proven experience in content creation, social channel optimization, marketing campaigns, branding, SEO, and digital media.
• Familiarity with the solar, HVAC, roofing, electric, energy, residential construction, utilities, and power sectors.
• Strong understanding of web analytics and ability to derive meaningful insights from data.
• Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and software.
• Creative thinker with a strategic mindset and a results-driven approach.
