About the position

The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing innovative digital marketing strategies that drive online sales and enhance our brand presence. This position will oversee all aspects of our ecommerce marketing and customer service initiatives, including content creation, influencer relationships, and affiliate marketing. Market expertise will be instrumental in positioning our brand as a leader in the digital marketplace. In this role, the Digital Marketing Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of our online store, including product listings, promotions, and sales strategies. They will analyze and report on website metrics and sales performance to inform business strategies. The manager will also develop and implement a cohesive content strategy across all digital platforms, including our website, social media, and email marketing, producing high-quality, engaging content that resonates with our target audience and drives conversions. Additionally, the manager will build and maintain relationships with key influencers and bloggers, collaborating on marketing campaigns that leverage their audiences to enhance brand visibility and credibility. They will manage and expand our affiliate marketing program, including partner selection, commission structures, and performance tracking, optimizing strategies to increase ROI from affiliate channels. The role requires close collaboration with other marketing and product teams to ensure a unified approach to market launches, promotions, and other cross-functional projects. Regular analysis of the performance of all digital marketing activities will be essential, providing insights and recommendations to the Director of Ecommerce and senior management, using data to optimize ongoing campaigns and identify new opportunities.

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on ecommerce.
  • Strong understanding of ecommerce platforms, SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and content marketing.
  • Proven track record of driving online sales and increasing brand awareness.
  • Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret data to inform decision-making.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Experience managing and collaborating with influencers and affiliates.
  • Proficiency in relevant digital marketing tools and platforms.
