About the position

The Digital Marketing Manager at Adtalem Global Education is responsible for leading customer engagement efforts and enhancing the prospective student experience through effective marketing automation strategies. This role involves developing and executing comprehensive digital engagement strategies across multiple brands, leveraging various channels to drive consumer engagement and loyalty while ensuring compliance with institutional objectives and data privacy standards.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute marketing automation strategies across multiple brands to drive student engagement and loyalty.
  • Leverage email, text, paid media, and direct mail channels to reach students and improve the student experience.
  • Manage stakeholder relationships, including working closely with internal teams and external partners to set and manage expectations.
  • Ensure all marketing activities are aligned with brand guidelines and adhere to best practices for student data privacy and security.
  • Analyze and interpret student behavior data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop and implement test-and-learn programs to continuously improve marketing automation efforts.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including technology, analytics, and creative teams, to develop and execute marketing campaigns across multiple brands.
  • Stay current on industry trends and advancements in marketing automation, and continuously evaluate and implement new technologies and approaches.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in a marketing automation role, with Eloqua experience strongly preferred.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects across multiple brands.
  • Deep understanding of marketing automation technologies, including email, text, paid media, and direct mail channels.
  • Excellent stakeholder relationship management skills, with the ability to work closely with internal teams and external partners to set and manage expectations.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret student behavior data and identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate marketing strategies to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment, with a strong focus on student satisfaction.

Nice-to-haves

  • Working knowledge of marketing automation tools (Marketo, Eloqua, SFMC), and Salesforce CRM.
  • Knowledge of applicable data privacy practices and laws.
  • Passion for Digital - Strong, deep passion for everything digital and mobile.
  • Highly analytical with a deep understanding of best practices for market testing and analysis.
