About the position

The Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for overseeing digital marketing initiatives across various brand verticals at Margaritaville. This role involves managing and tracking digital campaigns, ensuring compliance with privacy laws and industry standards, and compiling reports on campaign effectiveness. The manager will develop comprehensive digital marketing strategies that align with the company's business objectives, enhance online visibility, and drive customer engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with Margaritaville's overall business objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, internal policies, and industry standards in digital marketing activities.
  • Plan, implement, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across channels such as social media, email, paid search, and display advertising.
  • Plan, strategize, and execute email marketing for the overall brand using Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
  • Plan and execute email marketing for real estate leads in collaboration with real estate leadership.
  • Oversee the implementation of SEO and SEM strategies with outside digital agencies to enhance online visibility.
  • Collaborate with the social media team to coordinate cohesive digital efforts and strengthen brand presence on social platforms.
  • Manage updates and enhancements to the Margaritaville.com website in collaboration with a digital agency.
  • Research and categorize cookies for compliance with privacy regulations.
  • Organize and refresh the brand B2B web portal with ongoing updates and enhancements.
  • Utilize analytics tools to track, measure, and report on key performance metrics for digital marketing campaigns.
  • Manage the development of an enhanced brand website and a real estate website from discovery to implementation.
  • Collaborate with content and creative teams to create compelling digital content that resonates with the target audience.
  • Manage digital brand marketing budgets to ensure efficient resource allocation and measurable results.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to align digital marketing initiatives with overall business objectives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Hospitality, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Minimum of 3 years of digital marketing experience with at least 1 year in a management level role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Expert level understanding and application of web analytics and reporting metrics.
  • Expert level experience in SEO, SEM, and Metasearch.
  • Dynamic, enthusiastic, creative leader who thrives under pressure and can perform multiple functions and troubleshoot when needed.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills.
  • Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Creative Cloud.
