About the position

The Digital Marketing Manager at Cybex will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive digital marketing strategies across various channels, including social media and display advertising. This role requires collaboration with multiple teams to enhance the brand's presence in the US market, focusing on consumer engagement and conversion through targeted campaigns. The successful candidate will leverage their expertise in digital marketing to drive growth and optimize marketing spend while ensuring alignment with global strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement digital marketing strategies including social media advertising and display ads.
  • Manage country-specific digital channels such as Instagram, Facebook, and Tik Tok.
  • Collaborate with the US and Munich Ecomm teams to enhance marketing efforts.
  • Create upper and mid-funnel campaigns across various media platforms including META, Tik Tok, Pinterest, YouTube, and Google Display.
  • Manage marketing spend across digital retail channels including Amazon and major retailers.
  • Work with the global performance marketing team to align display campaigns with overall strategy.
  • Establish test and learn processes to scale advertising budgets.
  • Drive multi-touch analytics and reporting to measure LTV, CAC, and ROAS goals.
  • Understand consumer privacy practices and 1P data.
  • Optimize direct marketing funnel through A/B testing and audience segmentation.
  • Support PR and affiliate marketing efforts in collaboration with the affiliate marketing manager.
  • Create, execute, and monitor marketing campaign budgets.
  • Manage third-party partners for digital media buys and creative optimization.
  • Coordinate with the global digital marketing team to identify growth strategies.
  • Prepare reports on marketing campaign performance and collaborate with management to improve results.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related field required.
  • Minimum of 4 years of marketing experience.
  • Experience in the consumer-packaged goods industry or a marketing agency preferred.
  • Proven ability to shape customer acquisition and sales growth through paid and organic marketing strategies.
  • Expertise in SEO, SEM, social media, content marketing, CRM, and emerging growth tools.
  • Track record of developing and executing successful performance marketing strategies that drive customer acquisition and ROAS.
  • Strategic thinker with hands-on execution ability.
