About the position

As Digital Marketing Manager at Esker, you will play a critical role on the digital team, focusing on the performance of the Esker US website. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that keyword rankings, web traffic, conversions, and user experience are healthy and trending upward. This role is essential for increasing conversions from the website to support pipeline and revenue growth. You will need to be a strategic thinker who is adept at cross-functional collaboration and has a strong understanding of SEO, website structure, and digital analytics. The ideal candidate will have experience managing website optimization, including performance and conversion rates, to analyze performance and adjust strategies accordingly. You will understand the fundamental elements of website management and be able to identify areas for optimization and growth. Your analytical skills will allow you to translate data into actionable strategies. In this role, you will work closely with various teams, including product marketing, customer marketing, and product management, to ensure that the web experience aligns with business strategy and revenue objectives. You will also stay up to date with the latest trends and changes in SEO, privacy controls, and reporting techniques, ensuring that the website remains competitive and effective in driving leads and conversions.

Responsibilities

  • Work with SEO agency to apply SEO best practices, keyword research recommendations, and SEO strategies to Esker US website.
  • Monitor and analyze SEO performance using analytics tools.
  • Conduct keyword research to guide content creation.
  • Implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies.
  • Develop A/B tests to ensure changes made for SEO positively impact traffic, revenue, and other KPIs.
  • Generate reports on key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis.
  • Present digital recommendations to internal stakeholders.
  • Optimize event, traffic, and conversion tracking in Google Analytics 4.
  • Partner closely with product marketing, customer marketing, and product management teams to ensure the web experience reflects the business strategy and revenue objectives.
  • Collaborate to inform web strategy on a global level.
  • Drive conversion rate optimization strategy and execution to improve MQL, pipeline, and revenue generation.
  • Grow new leads by converting site traffic through calls-to-action, landing pages, content, and chat.
  • Plan, execute, and manage all tests and changes to Esker's US website and blog (Drupal).
  • Stay up to date with the latest trends and changes in SEO, privacy controls such as cookieless measurement and reporting techniques.
  • Analyze website user behavior and identify areas for improvement.
  • Optimize website design and content to increase conversions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field.
  • 4+ years experience in SEO and digital marketing in a B2B environment (preferably high tech).
  • Proven working experience in digital marketing, namely search engine optimization and website development.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing platforms, including social media, email marketing, SEO, SEM, and analytics tools.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Knowledge of website platform (e.g. Drupal).
  • Experience in website optimization, A/B testing, and multivariate experiments.
  • Experience partnering with marketing stakeholders across product, demand generation, content marketing, and customer marketing teams.
  • Excellent communication, project management, and interpersonal skills.
  • Up to date with the latest trends and best practices in SEO and search marketing.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Experience setting and monitoring KPIs, focusing on growth and performance optimization.
  • Familiarity with coding and programming languages is a plus.
