About the position

The Digital Marketing Manager at Broadview Strategy Group is responsible for developing and executing strategic digital marketing campaigns, primarily focusing on Google Ads and social media management for non-profit clients. This role aims to enhance fundraising efforts through effective digital marketing strategies, ensuring high engagement and conversion rates. The position requires collaboration with a creative team to deliver impactful marketing solutions while staying updated on industry trends.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and optimize Google Ads strategies for non-profit clients' fundraising goals.
  • Achieve and maintain click-through rates (CTRs) of 5% or higher, focusing on maximizing conversions and engagement.
  • Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies based on data-driven insights.
  • Manage and grow social media accounts for a diverse range of clients, including Facebook, Twitter/X, LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube.
  • Create, curate, and schedule engaging content tailored to various audiences and platforms.
  • Utilize social media management tools to streamline and optimize workflows.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to brainstorm and execute innovative strategies for client projects.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas to enhance overall campaign effectiveness.
  • Use marketing analytics tools to track and analyze campaign performance.
  • Provide regular, comprehensive reports with insights, performance metrics, and actionable recommendations.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends in digital marketing, particularly within the non-profit sector.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital marketing and social media management.
  • Extensive experience with Google Ads; Google Ads Certification preferred.
  • Proven ability to achieve high CTRs (5% or more) and drive conversions in previous campaigns.
  • Proficiency with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer).
  • Familiarity with marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush).
  • Strong data analysis and interpretation skills.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

Nice-to-haves

  • Prior experience working with non-profit organizations is highly desirable.
  • Experience with CRM platforms and email marketing tools is a plus.
  • Genuine interest in supporting non-profit organizations and their missions.
