We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager who is collaborative, curious, and motivated, with a passion for putting customers first. In this role, you will be responsible for owning the overall strategy and execution of webinars, content syndication, and other digital activations aimed at deepening engagement with potential customers. Your efforts will help them understand their problems, find solutions, and realize the full potential of Cribl's products. As a key member of the Revenue Marketing team, you will plan and deliver compelling digital moments through the funnel for our audience segments. This involves driving the interlock between campaigns and content contributors across Marketing, ultimately resulting in happy customers, impacting the pipeline, and winning business to contribute to our continued growth story. You will lead the creation and execution of Cribl's webinar and demo calendar based on data-driven insights, working with stakeholders to develop content that has the greatest pipeline impact. You will serve as a subject matter expert for webinars and digital events, advising on best practices, running test-and-learn initiatives, and influencing our content strategy. Your role will also involve project management, sourcing speakers, and facilitating content creation in line with project timelines. You will manage the end-to-end implementation of webinars and content syndication, proactively planning for 12-15 live or on-demand webinars per quarter, and supporting post-event activation. Additionally, you will cultivate a feedback loop by sharing post-event reporting and creating follow-on messaging to support enablement as necessary. Your responsibilities will also include program reporting, on-demand publishing, and establishing processes to facilitate cross-functional work.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the creation and execution of Cribl's webinar and demo calendar based on data-driven insights.
  • Serve as a webinar and digital events subject matter expert, advising on best practices and running test-and-learn initiatives.
  • Project manage key deliverables and facilitate enablement and content creation in line with project timelines.
  • Manage the end-to-end implementation across program build and promotion for webinars and content syndication.
  • Proactively plan for 12-15 live or on-demand webinars per quarter and support post-event activation.
  • Evolve the webinar program strategy to support the optimum mix of channel content.
  • Moderate webinars/demos, facilitating audience engagement and enhancing your digital presence.
  • Cultivate a feedback loop by sharing post-event reporting and creating follow-on messaging.
  • Conduct regular program analysis and briefings, presenting pipeline and revenue impact of ongoing programs.
  • Own on-demand publishing across owned and paid resources, identifying promotional platforms for engagement.
  • Manage content syndication channels, including lead capture and flow requirements, and make recommendations on optimization.
  • Establish processes and procedures to facilitate cross-functional work and accelerate program delivery.
  • Support additional digital marketing deliverables for product launches and other programmatic needs.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3-5 years experience in Digital Marketing, with at least 12 months managing webinar and/or demo programs.
  • Strong proactivity, accountability, and a spirit of innovation.
  • Confidence in publicly representing Cribl at a high level.
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment, passionate about technology and startups.
  • Highly data-driven, analytical, and resourceful to tackle hard questions amidst ambiguity.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce and Marketing reporting tools.
  • Experience in B2B Enterprise SaaS marketing is a plus.
