Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor Salesforce marketing programs, including lead management and campaign management.
• Create and deliver digital marketing programs using Marketing Cloud and other platforms.
• Develop and execute social media programs across all channels.
• Monitor, measure, and report on the success of digital marketing programs.
• Analyze traffic for the company website and social media platforms, providing insights for improvement.
• Create content for company hiring and employee programs.
• Collaborate on the promotion and delivery of event materials.
• Assist in research and preparation for marketing department projects.
• Perform complex and varied tasks as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Associate's degree, or related experience in marketing communications.
• 4+ years of experience in integrated marketing communications, preferably in a corporate environment.
• Experience with CRM and digital marketing platforms, especially Salesforce and Marketing Cloud.
• Proficiency in social media management tools like SEMRush.
• Ability to develop and execute effective integrated marketing content.
• Knowledge of current marketing trends and various marketing channels.
• Self-directed with strong project management skills.
• Detail-oriented and highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication skills to interact with all levels of staff.
