About the position

This role involves developing and managing digital marketing campaigns across various channels, optimizing Google Ads, and providing occasional IT support. The position offers flexibility with hybrid work options and requires less than 10% travel.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including Google Ads, social media, email marketing, and SEO.
• Create and optimize Google Ads campaigns to drive traffic, increase conversions, and maximize ROI.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, and provide regular reports on key metrics.
• Collaborate with the content team to create engaging and effective ad copy and landing pages.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and Google Ads.
• Manage the digital marketing budget and allocate resources effectively.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for growth.
• Work closely with the sales team to align marketing strategies with business goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Manager or similar role.
• In-depth knowledge of Google Ads and other digital marketing tools and platforms.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis and reporting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Certification in Google Ads is a plus.
