About the position

Credo Beauty is seeking a passionate Digital Marketing Manager to lead CRM initiatives, enhance customer engagement through email campaigns, manage the loyalty program, and serve as the primary liaison for paid advertising efforts. This role is pivotal in driving customer retention and engagement while aligning with the company's commitment to clean beauty.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and strategize the monthly Email/SMS calendar in partnership with Marketing stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with Creative, Merchandising, Retail, and Customer Service teams to improve and personalize the customer journey.
  • Lead the production of CRM-related assets with the Creative team to ensure brand alignment.
  • Develop, test, and roll out segmentation and suppression lists to mitigate user churn rates.
  • Optimize triggered messages for a seamless customer journey.
  • Leverage dynamic tools and automation strategies for enhanced personalization.
  • Ensure compliance of all CRM-related activities with legal regulations and best practices.
  • Generate insightful reports on business KPIs weekly, monthly, and quarterly.
  • Oversee and enhance the customer loyalty program to drive retention and engagement.
  • Analyze loyalty data to identify trends and opportunities for program improvement.
  • Collaborate with teams to design and implement successful loyalty initiatives.
  • Act as the primary contact between the digital marketing team and paid advertising partners.
  • Develop and execute impactful paid social media and display advertising campaigns.
  • Analyze campaign performance metrics and provide actionable insights.

Requirements

  • 5-8 years of experience in CRM and digital marketing with a proven track record of driving customer engagement.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to analyze customer data and Email/SMS KPIs to identify patterns and provide recommendations.
  • Experience with A/B testing methodologies and presenting findings for optimized campaign performance.
  • A passion for clean beauty and a desire to make impactful changes in the beauty industry.
  • Experience using Listrak and Yotpo preferred; familiarity with CRM tools and data analytics is a plus.
  • Previous experience in the beauty or retail sectors is preferred.
