About the position

The Digital Marketing Manager will lead the digital marketing team at Club Car, focusing on building relationships with stakeholders and implementing effective marketing strategies to enhance the digital experience. This role involves troubleshooting website issues, improving user experience, and collaborating across various marketing functions to drive customer engagement and revenue growth.

Responsibilities

  • Utilize the content management system (CMS) to execute regular content updates for the websites, including building new landing pages.
  • Analyze website activity to identify opportunities for conversion or improved traffic flow.
  • Define success metrics and KPIs, create reports, and develop and explore new analytics to optimize site performance and usage.
  • Maintain an up-to-date, expert-level understanding of the latest industry trends, guidelines, and algorithm changes.
  • Raise requests to the development team and manage UAT reviews.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 7 years of work experience as a website manager.
  • Great understanding of Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Paid Per Click (PPC).
  • Ability to troubleshoot website issues in a fast-paced environment.
  • Highly proficient in HTML, XHTML, CSS design, cross-browser and cross-platform compatibility, firewalls (functionality and maintenance), Access, mySQL, and JavaScript.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in marketing analytics and reporting tools.
  • Proficiency in implementing and managing robust tracking systems to monitor and analyze digital metrics, focusing on data-driven decision-making.
  • In-depth knowledge of digital marketing channels, technologies, and best practices.
  • Proficiency in SEO tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, Moz, Ahrefs, etc.
  • Excellent analytical and presentation skills.
  • Good work ethics and detailed-oriented project management.
  • Strong analytics skills, including Google Analytics 4, Looker Studio, conversion tracking, and Tag Manager.
  • Ability to influence, lead, and collaborate with peers and remote groups to produce desired results.
  • Ability to work independently with in-person as well as remote managers and peers.
