About the position

The Digital Marketing Manager at The Freedonia Group will oversee the marketing team, focusing on the planning and execution of comprehensive marketing solutions across various brands and products. This role requires a strategic leader with expertise in SEO and digital marketing, particularly in B2B contexts, to drive lead generation and integrate multi-channel marketing campaigns effectively. The ideal candidate will leverage their experience with HubSpot and other digital marketing tools to enhance the company's market presence and support sales initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Manage marketing team on a day-to-day basis.
  • Integrate various channels—email, social media, content, and events—into cohesive B2B campaigns.
  • Identify relevant keywords for B2B audiences using tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Google Keyword Planner.
  • Optimize website content, meta tags, headings, and URLs for search engines.
  • Implement ethical link-building practices to improve domain authority and organic rankings.
  • Ensure site speed, mobile optimization, structured data markup, and ARIA compliance are up to standard.
  • Develop and execute a content strategy that addresses the pain points of our target audience.
  • Optimize the e-commerce experience, focusing on user journey improvements and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
  • Develop and execute ABM strategies tailored to specific target accounts.
  • Generate high-quality leads and nurture them through the funnel using tactics like content marketing and webinars.
  • Work closely with the sales team to ensure alignment between marketing efforts and sales goals.
  • Drive lead generation efforts and develop strategies to support the sales team in converting leads into customers.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of related marketing experience
  • 5+ years of Marketing Management experience
  • B2B/ABM (Account Based Marketing) Experience required
  • Advanced knowledge of HubSpot
  • Demonstratable Knowledge of B2B SEO (Ahrefs or SEMrush)
  • Experience with marketing KPIs, reporting, ROI analysis
  • Strong ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines
  • Creative, extremely detail-oriented and organized with strong verbal and written skills

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with Website launch/redesign
  • Knowledge of Kentico CMS preferred, not required
  • Effective use of generative AI
  • Experience with social media with a focus on LinkedIn
  • Knowledge of Google Digital Suite
