The Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies across digital platforms to reach and engage thousands of communities worldwide. This role oversees cross-channel dissemination, ensuring coordinated and quality content on flagship social media platforms, websites, and email newsletters. Reporting to the Director of Marketing and Communications, the digital marketing manager plays an integral role on the Communications team and drives continuous improvement of CASEL's digital presence and activities. The Digital Marketing Manager will lead digital marketing strategies to achieve growth, engagement, and revenue targets. This includes developing and executing comprehensive marketing plans to promote CASEL products, publications, professional services, conferences, webinars, and other offerings. The manager will draft and design marketing materials and other promotional collateral, manage and optimize campaigns across various digital channels, including social media, email marketing, and paid advertising. In terms of social media management, the Digital Marketing Manager will oversee CASEL's social media presence on platforms such as Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube. This involves content planning, creation, posting, and community engagement, as well as monitoring social media trends and adjusting strategies to increase engagement and reach. The role also includes website management, where the manager will optimize CASEL's website and microsites for search engines to increase organic traffic and improve search rankings. Collaboration with internal teams to update content and reflect organizational priorities, voice, and tone is essential. Email marketing responsibilities include managing and growing email/newsletter contact lists and executing strategies to increase open rates while minimizing opt-outs. The manager will support content development and execution of email marketing campaigns. Additionally, the role requires monitoring and analyzing digital marketing metrics to assess content performance and effectiveness, generating regular reports on key performance indicators, and providing insights and recommendations for improvement. The Digital Marketing Manager will also perform other related duties and participate in special projects as assigned.
