About the position

The Digital Marketing Manager at the Center for Child Protection is responsible for executing and managing the organization's digital marketing strategies. This role involves collaboration with the Chief Marketing Officer and other marketing managers to enhance community engagement, donor development, and fundraising initiatives through effective digital marketing practices. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing, data analysis, and project management, with a passion for storytelling and making a positive impact in the nonprofit sector.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the Chief Marketing Officer and Marketing Managers to develop and implement the digital marketing strategy for various categories.
  • Oversee the creation of compelling content that tells the organization's story and inspires action.
  • Manage the digital marketing calendar and guide the production of multimedia content across various platforms.
  • Own and develop strategies for social media channels to build an engaged community and grow followers.
  • Design and manage email marketing workflows to engage diverse audiences, ensuring personalized communications.
  • Lead efforts to optimize the website for search engines and user experience, using data for continuous improvement.
  • Launch and manage paid media campaigns to attract new supporters and donors, ensuring cost-efficiency and brand alignment.
  • Utilize analytics tools to track and report on campaign performance and digital KPIs, providing insights for future strategies.
  • Lead digital marketing budget planning and allocation to maximize resource impact.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to enhance marketing efforts.

Requirements

  • 5-7 years of hands-on digital marketing experience.
  • Proficient in Google Analytics and Meta Ads Manager.
  • Experience in email marketing and data tracking.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Project management experience is required.
  • Management/supervisory skills and experience in a team-based setting are required.
  • Experience with project management software is required.
  • Multi-cultural marketing experience is a plus.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with Sprout Social or Hootsuite.
  • Portfolio or website submission.
