About the position

The Digital Marketing Manager at Arena Club will be responsible for managing and optimizing marketing strategies to drive significant sales growth through various digital marketing tactics. This role is crucial in ensuring the success of flash sales and enhancing the overall customer experience on the platform.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with brand, digital, product, sales, and customer service teams to align marketing efforts across all business pillars.
  • Create compelling sales themes, develop detailed launch plans, and strategize key dates, social media, CRM, and other touchpoints from pre-launch to post-launch.
  • Provide performance insights, create reports for cross-functional teams, and monitor campaign effectiveness to refine strategies.
  • Collaborate with product and business leads to develop on-brand marketing campaigns that meet business objectives.
  • Build reports from campaign data to guide future marketing efforts.
  • Use insights to improve site performance and user experience, increasing conversions.
  • Oversee production of graphics, videos, and copy to create engaging, high-quality content.
  • Manage projects with designers, influencers, and partners, ensuring clear briefs, feedback, and timely delivery.
  • Lead launch execution, focusing on customer journey mapping and personalization to drive conversions.
  • Manage testing before launches to resolve issues and ensure smooth rollouts.
  • Oversee asset creation for site launches and campaigns, ensuring everything is on-brand.

Requirements

  • 2-5 years in digital marketing with a strong track record of driving sales and growth.
  • Proven experience in digital marketing and e-commerce.
  • Extensive experience with Google Analytics and other analytical tools.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to utilize data-driven insights.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to ideate and execute compelling marketing strategies.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience managing freelancers and third-party vendors.
