About the position

At Little Giant Ladders, we're proud of the industry-leading ladders we produce. We are looking for someone to represent Little Giant Ladders and take the lead in developing successful, long-term digital marketing strategies for our company. As a Digital Marketing Manager, you should have in-depth marketing experience and a passion for digital technologies. You will work closely with different teams to ensure consistency through all digital marketing channels. You should also provide forward-thinking ideas to build and maintain a strong company web presence. Ultimately, you should be able to drive all digital marketing efforts to achieve our business objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Manage all digital marketing channels (e.g. website, blogs, emails, and social media) to ensure brand consistency.
  • Manage and improve online content, considering SEO and Google Analytics.
  • Develop an overall digital marketing strategy and see through campaign implementation.
  • Set digital marketing KPIs and monitor team progress, ensuring digital marketing campaign and organizational objectives are met.
  • Keep a close eye on the competition, determine realistic benchmarks, and develop strategies to gain a competitive edge.
  • Communicate on a regular basis with all relevant stakeholders including sales & marketing teams and IT department to ensure all digital efforts are fully synced up.
  • Manage budget across all digital channels and platforms.
  • Track and measure the performance of all digital marketing channels and propose optimization initiatives to maximize marketing ROI.
  • Keep abreast of the latest digital trends and continued advancements in digital technologies and marketing best practices.
  • Constantly strive to discover and adopt emerging technologies, digital innovations, and new platforms and systems to optimize organizational productivity and effectiveness.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in Digital Marketing, or related field required.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in e-commerce, with a track record of driving sales growth.
  • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms, marketplace dynamics, and industry best practices.
  • Experience in advertising management with prominent platforms such as Google, Amazon, and Criteo, demonstrating the ability to create and execute effective online advertising campaigns to enhance product visibility and drive sales.
  • Experience in email and social media management platforms such as Klayvio and Hootsuite.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in using data to inform decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
