This role is designed for an email marketing subject matter expert who will be responsible for building relationships with cross-functional teams to influence and drive sales while developing breakthrough CRM programs. The successful candidate will manage best-in-class CRM initiatives, which include the development of test and learn activations, audience management, and ensuring quality assurance through a keen eye for detail. The role requires a proactive approach to identifying new opportunities throughout the consumer engagement journey to enhance awareness, engagement, and conversion rates. In this fast-paced environment, the Digital Marketing Manager will need to pivot quickly in response to business needs. The position involves managing the day-to-day CRM communications calendar and execution across all Home Entertainment categories. The manager will analyze post-campaign performance and align CRM creative across teams to create consumer-centric content that drives traffic to the company website and yields conversions. Collaboration with the corporate marketing team is essential to ensure that Home Entertainment campaigns are prioritized and receive adequate visibility within the email channel. Additionally, the role requires managing the execution of CRM campaigns via JIRA tickets with agency partners, ensuring clear communication and prompt responses to meet deadlines. The Digital Marketing Manager will also explore new ideas to enhance process efficiencies and provide forward-thinking solutions that align with the company's strategic goals.

Responsibilities

  • Build relationships with cross-functional teams to influence and drive sales.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of applicable experience in digital marketing or CRM.
  • Strong strategy and business acumen.
  • Self-starter with a desire to learn and contribute.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
  • Strong planning and organization skills to manage multiple campaigns.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented culture.
  • Knowledge of CRM principles and best practices.
  • Basic understanding of Adobe Campaign Manager, JIRA/Confluence, and data audience management systems.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills for analyzing reports and campaign performance.
