About the position

The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing strategies for website optimization, SEO, and social media marketing. This role is crucial for enhancing brand perception and driving pipeline growth. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in digital marketing and will work closely with various teams to ensure cohesive messaging and effective campaign execution.

Responsibilities

  • Review and assess the current state of digital marketing and create a plan to enhance brand perception and contribute to pipeline growth.
  • Own website personalization and optimization, collaborating with content marketing and design teams.
  • Develop and execute digital ABM marketing strategies targeting key accounts through the ABM platform, Influ2.
  • Manage social media strategy and execution, focusing on enhancing the LinkedIn brand presence.
  • Conduct analysis and reporting across all digital marketing channels.
  • Track and attribute pipeline growth across all digital marketing campaigns.

Requirements

  • Degree in Marketing, Communication, Advertising, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in digital marketing.
  • Experience strategizing and implementing end-to-end digital marketing campaigns.
  • Proven experience running high-performing campaigns on LinkedIn.
  • Strong eye for compelling visual design.
  • Ability to drive consistent and cohesive campaigns and messaging.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience working in SaaS or SaaS services, particularly in a B2B environment targeting commercial-sized organizations.
  • Familiarity with WordPress, Influ2, ZoomInfo, Pardot, and Salesforce.
  • Experience in graphic design.
