About the position

The Digital Marketing Specialist at Associated Bank plays a crucial role in developing, managing, and executing digital marketing strategies for both business-to-business and business-to-consumer lines of business. This position requires collaboration with various teams to ensure that digital marketing efforts align with overall marketing activities and business objectives. The specialist will be responsible for analyzing campaign performance, managing digital marketing activities, and fostering relationships with internal and external partners to enhance the bank's digital presence and effectiveness.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the development, management, and execution of digital marketing plans and tactics.
• Serve as a key liaison between marketing team members and digital/social team members.
• Manage the execution of tactical digital marketing and social media plans.
• Produce analytics dashboards and manage reporting processes for digital marketing campaigns.
• Create and deploy digital marketing strategies to support customer acquisition and brand awareness objectives.
• Execute on-page and off-page SEO strategies.
• Analyze and assess the performance of campaigns and provide recommendations for strategy revisions.
• Identify and manage external vendor relationships to deliver desired digital features and functionality.
• Stay up-to-date with changes in digital and social media marketing practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or Communications or equivalent experience.
• 7-10 years of experience in marketing or advertising, particularly in digital and social media marketing.
• 4-7 years of experience with digital technologies, website management, and e-commerce solutions.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with content marketing, digital advertising, PPC, and web analytics.
• Familiarity with customer/client analysis and market research.
