About the position

MetroLagoons is experiencing rapid growth, and we are seeking a motivated Digital Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in enhancing our brand awareness and driving traffic to our website. The ideal candidate will possess a robust understanding of current marketing tools and strategies, with the capability to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution. As a Digital Marketing Manager, you will be an outstanding communicator with excellent interpersonal and analytical skills, essential for collaborating with various stakeholders and ensuring the success of our marketing initiatives. In this position, you will be responsible for planning and executing all digital marketing efforts, which include SEO/SEM, email marketing, and advertising campaigns. You will develop, create, and manage engaging website content that aligns with our brand strategy and meets the needs of our diverse stakeholders. A significant part of your role will involve building and maintaining WordPress websites, collaborating with internal teams to design landing pages, and enhancing user experience. You will partner with the marketing manager and creative team to develop effective messaging strategies and create compelling email content, ensuring adherence to email best practices and standard naming conventions. Evaluating and leveraging web metrics will be crucial to maximizing website traffic, improving search rankings, optimizing content, and analyzing user engagement. You will apply best practices in tracking, measurement, analysis, and reporting, contributing to brainstorming sessions to develop innovative digital growth strategies. Additionally, you will collaborate with the marketing team to ensure campaigns are launched on time and within budget, preparing detailed reports on the performance of digital marketing campaigns and measuring their effectiveness against established goals. A portion of your time, approximately 25%, will be dedicated to supporting Three Oaks' digital initiatives, along with performing other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute all digital marketing efforts, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, and advertising campaigns.
  • Develop, create, and manage engaging website content that aligns with the brand strategy and meets the needs of various stakeholders.
  • Build and maintain WordPress websites.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to design landing pages and enhance user experience.
  • Partner with the marketing manager and creative team to develop effective messaging strategies and create compelling email content.
  • Ensure adherence to email best practices and standard naming conventions.
  • Evaluate and leverage web metrics to maximize website traffic, improve search rankings, optimize content, and analyze user engagement.
  • Apply best practices in tracking, measurement, analysis, and reporting.
  • Contribute to brainstorming sessions to develop innovative digital growth strategies.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure campaigns are launched on time and within budget.
  • Prepare detailed reports on the performance of digital marketing campaigns.
  • Measure and report the effectiveness of all digital marketing efforts against established goals.
  • Dedicate 25% of your time to supporting Three Oaks' digital initiatives.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field (required).
  • 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing and advertising.
  • Google Analytics Certification.
  • Extensive experience with digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and PPC advertising.
  • Hands-on experience in website management, particularly with WordPress (required).
  • Experience in creating and optimizing content for digital platforms.
  • Proficient in using marketing automation tools (e.g., Constant Contact, Klaviyo, HubSpot) and email marketing platforms.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools, Google Analytics, and other digital marketing tools.
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints is a plus.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and lead a team.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.

Nice-to-haves

  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints is a plus.
