About the position

The Marketing Manager will support the execution and oversight of our digital marketing initiatives, powered by HubSpot, to boost brand visibility, enhance engagement, and attract targeted traffic to digital platforms. Your role will involve expanding and nurturing our digital audience through social media, web, and email marketing, with a focus on aligning content distribution with our growth objectives. This position requires a mix of creative flair, strategic insight, and a client-focused approach, combined with robust quantitative analysis and superior daily execution. Collaborating closely with the marketing team and key stakeholders, you will ensure the successful execution of digital marketing and business development efforts, supported by ongoing reporting and analysis. In this role, you will act as GBQ's expert HubSpot administrator, researching and implementing HubSpot Marketing/Sales/Content Hub capabilities, monitoring performance, gaining insights, and refining strategies. You will support the firm's content and communication strategy by leveraging HubSpot to create and manage email campaigns and workflows, using analytics to evaluate effectiveness and enhance strategy for optimal engagement. Additionally, you will grow social media following and curate and create content designed to drive increased brand awareness and engagement among target audiences. Your responsibilities will also include assisting with posting website content and continuously refining it for improved visibility, user engagement, and SEO performance. You will develop and execute a content strategy for the GBQ intranet, collaborating with departments to curate, edit, and publish engaging content that aligns with company goals. Furthermore, you will acquire a comprehensive understanding of the various tools and platforms within the marketing technology ecosystem, providing ongoing support, troubleshooting, and optimization to enhance the effectiveness and integration of these systems. Involvement with internally focused projects to improve procedures will also be part of your role, as well as identifying opportunities to reduce firm costs and implementing tools and processes to improve the achievement of practice development objectives and increase visibility against goals.

Responsibilities

  • Act as GBQ's expert HubSpot administrator, researching and implementing HubSpot Marketing/Sales/Content Hub capabilities.

Requirements

  • Marketing experience in a professional services firm and/or a degree in Marketing, PR, Communications, Business or related field preferred.
  • HubSpot experience required, including email and marketing automation.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO and UX/UI best practices.
  • GA4/Google Analytics experience required.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Social media experience required: LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, X.
  • Adobe Suite, image and video creation a plus.
  • Superior project management and time management skills with demonstrated attention to detail.
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize workload in a deadline-driven environment with minimal supervision.
