About the position

The Digital Marketing Manager at MX will lead the execution of various digital marketing initiatives aimed at enhancing brand awareness, generating demand for services, nurturing leads, and optimizing the company's website. This role requires a combination of analytical, strategic, and communication skills to effectively manage campaigns in a fast-paced agency environment.

Responsibilities

• Own digital marketing program execution including web/landing pages, SEM, SEO, Paid Social, Display/PPC, Trade partnerships, Google Ads, Our Website and Email.
• Develop and help refine digital marketing plans, testing strategies, segmentation and targeting strategies, lead scoring, etc.
• Showcase campaign execution excellence across digital channels.
• Be an analytical and creative thinker by looking at results on an ongoing basis and making strategic suggestions in line with the overarching marketing plan.
• Oversee multiple campaigns simultaneously ensuring deadlines are met without compromising quality.
• Stay current on industry trends, platform updates, and emerging technologies to bring innovative solutions and competitive strategies to the agency.

Requirements

• 5+ years of digital marketing experience; agency or B2B experience strongly preferred.
• Proficiency with WordPress, Hubspot, LinkedIn, Google Analytics, and Google AdWords.
• Demonstrated experience with SEM and SEO including strategy, research, and writing.
• Hands-on email marketing experience including planning campaigns and nurture journeys.
• Understanding of website user journeys and navigation paths.
• A self-starter who excels at working independently to take ownership and drive execution.
• A strong understanding of digital marketing measurement.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
• Bachelor's degree and/or proven experience in a related field.
