About the position

The Digital Marketing Manager at CertaSite is responsible for leading and executing digital marketing strategies to enhance the company's online presence and drive customer engagement. This role involves collaboration with various internal teams and external partners to develop and implement effective marketing campaigns that align with business objectives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing, with a focus on data-driven decision-making and a passion for continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

  • Cultivate a deep understanding of products, services, and target audiences.
  • Manage digital marketing strategies including social media, email, and website updates.
  • Coordinate day-to-day execution and optimization of digital marketing strategies.
  • Monitor and analyze digital content performance using analytics tools.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support business objectives.
  • Oversee digital spend and effectiveness to drive results and ROI.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and emerging digital marketing strategies.
  • Implement a comprehensive digital marketing strategy aligned with business objectives.
  • Ensure campaigns are data-driven, measurable, and optimized for success.
  • Increase traffic and engagement to the website.
  • Apply SEO and SEM best practices while maintaining brand messaging.
  • Manage social media platforms and develop content calendars.
  • Identify ways to improve website and email user experience.
  • Develop and implement creative digital marketing campaigns.
  • Assist in the design and editing of digital marketing materials.
  • Manage copywriters, graphic designers, and SEM consultants.
  • Support recruiting marketing efforts and reputation management.

Requirements

  • 5-8 years of digital marketing experience.
  • In-depth experience in developing and managing marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Expertise with digital tools and platforms, particularly HubSpot.
  • Experience with SEO/SEM strategy and keyword research.
  • Proficiency in creating content, design, and adhering to brand standards.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator).
  • Social media savvy, particularly with Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
