You have led initiatives targeting new customer acquisition and are well versed in lead generation initiatives across channels such as email marketing, paid media, and SEO. You have collaborated closely with the content marketing and design teams to achieve digital marketing objectives. You have established a closed-loop analytics system in collaboration with the sales team, enabling insights into the conversion of inbound marketing efforts into customers and continuously adapting growth targets based on sales outcomes. You have taken charge of budgeting, performance measurement, and reporting for all digital marketing campaigns, systematically evaluating progress against set goals, ROI, and KPIs. Bonus: You can supervise the development and upkeep of our global CMS website platform, manage supplier relationships, integrate new plugins, and troubleshoot technical issues with the support of offsite personnel. You can cultivate expertise in multi-channel tactics and emerging trends in marketing, technology, and e-commerce, positioning the company at the forefront of innovative approaches. You are passionate about innovation in the digital landscape, enhancing customer connections on local, national, and global scales. You stay up-to-date with industry trends and integrate fresh content ideas to enhance community engagement and drive digital platform sales. You can provide guidance and leadership to the marketing team on conversion rate optimization strategies. You can oversee team members by delegating tasks, offering mentorship, and ensuring the successful execution of digital strategies and KPI attainment. You continuously assess, measure, and report on all digital and social activities, providing valuable insights and recommendations for improvement.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in digital marketing.

  • Experience in budgeting, performance measurement, and reporting for digital marketing campaigns.
