The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for leading the strategy and execution of webinars, content syndication, and other digital initiatives aimed at enhancing customer engagement and understanding of Cribl's products. In this role, you will be a key member of the Revenue Marketing team, tasked with planning and delivering compelling digital experiences that resonate with various audience segments. Your efforts will directly contribute to customer satisfaction, pipeline growth, and overall business success. You will lead the creation and execution of a comprehensive webinar and demo calendar, utilizing data-driven insights to inform content development and maximize pipeline impact. As a subject matter expert in webinars and digital events, you will advise on best practices, benchmark against industry standards, and drive the content strategy to create an engaging roadmap of activities. Additionally, you will serve as a liaison between internal and external teams, managing the logistics of speaker sourcing, project timelines, and content creation. Your responsibilities will include overseeing the end-to-end implementation of webinars and content syndication, proactively planning for multiple live or on-demand webinars each quarter, and evolving the webinar program strategy to ensure a diverse mix of content types. You will also moderate webinars, cultivate feedback loops through post-event reporting, and manage the operational aspects of content syndication channels. This role requires a proactive approach to program management, activation, and optimization, as well as the ability to adapt to the fast-paced nature of a startup environment.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the creation and execution of Cribl's webinar and demo calendar based on data-driven insights.
  • Serve as a webinar and digital events subject matter expert, advising on best practices and running test-and-learn initiatives.
  • Act as a liaison across internal and external teams to source speakers and manage project deliverables.
  • Manage the end-to-end implementation of webinars and content syndication, including promotion and optimization.
  • Proactively plan for 12 - 15 live or on-demand webinars per quarter and support post-event activation.
  • Evolve the webinar program strategy to support a diverse mix of channel content.
  • Moderate webinars and demos, facilitating audience engagement.
  • Cultivate a feedback loop by sharing post-event reporting and creating follow-on messaging.
  • Conduct regular program analysis and briefings, presenting pipeline and revenue impact.
  • Own on-demand publishing across owned and paid resources, identifying promotional platforms.
  • Manage content syndication channels, including lead capture and performance tracking.
  • Establish processes to facilitate cross-functional work and accelerate program delivery.
  • Support additional digital marketing deliverables as needed.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3-5 years experience in Digital Marketing, with at least 12 months managing webinar and/or demo programs.
  • Strong proactivity, accountability, and a spirit of innovation.
  • Confidence in publicly representing Cribl at a high level.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and a passion for technology.
  • Highly data-driven, analytical, and resourceful in tackling complex questions.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce and Marketing reporting tools.
  • Experience in B2B Enterprise SaaS marketing is a plus.
