Responsibilities
- Enhance website performance, user experience, and conversion rates to drive sales.
- Develop and execute effective digital marketing campaigns to boost online sales.
- Create and implement strategies to generate leads, nurture prospects, and support sales pipeline growth.
- Optimize website for search engines and manage paid advertising campaigns.
- Analyze website data to identify opportunities for improvement and implement conversion rate optimization strategies.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on website management, e-commerce, and demand generation.
- Strong expertise in website analytics, SEO, SEM, CRO, and proficiency with digital marketing tools.
- Excellent analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and data-driven decision-making.
- Strong leadership and project management skills.
