About the position

This position involves developing and executing strategies to optimize the company's website, attract customers, and generate demand through various digital marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Enhance website performance, user experience, and conversion rates to drive sales.
• Develop and execute effective digital marketing campaigns to boost online sales.
• Create and implement strategies to generate leads, nurture prospects, and support sales pipeline growth.
• Optimize website for search engines and manage paid advertising campaigns.
• Analyze website data to identify opportunities for improvement and implement conversion rate optimization strategies.
• Collaborate with content teams to create engaging and SEO-optimized content.
• Utilize analytics tools to track performance, measure KPIs, and make data-driven decisions.
• Effectively manage digital marketing budgets to maximize ROI.
• Work closely with various teams to align digital initiatives with business objectives.
• Oversee the operation and optimization of the e-commerce platform.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on website management, e-commerce, and demand generation.
• Strong expertise in website analytics, SEO, SEM, CRO, and proficiency with digital marketing tools.
• Excellent analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and data-driven decision-making.
• Strong leadership and project management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Nice-to-haves
