About the position

Nimbus Healthcare is seeking a dynamic and creative Marketing Manager to lead our marketing initiatives and drive our brand's presence across various platforms. As the Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing marketing strategies, creating visually compelling content, and managing our social media presence. This is an excellent opportunity for a self-starter with a passion for healthcare, digital marketing, and graphic design to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to promote Nimbus Healthcare's services, with a strong focus on digital channels. You will create and edit visually appealing graphics for ads, social media posts, and other marketing materials using tools like Adobe Creative Suite, with a specific requirement for Photoshop experience. Additionally, you will manage and grow Nimbus Healthcare's social media presence across platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn, which includes planning, scheduling, posting, and responding to comments and messages. Collaboration with our external marketing firm will be essential to execute ad campaigns and ensure alignment with our overall marketing strategy. You will also manage relationships with social media influencers and other key stakeholders to amplify our brand message and expand our reach. Monitoring and analyzing key performance metrics for social media campaigns and overall marketing efforts will be part of your responsibilities, providing regular reports and insights to guide strategy adjustments. Ensuring that all marketing materials and communications are consistent with Nimbus Healthcare's brand voice and guidelines will be crucial, as will planning, executing, and optimizing marketing campaigns across various platforms, ensuring timely delivery and budget adherence. Finally, you will actively engage with our online community, responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in marketing, with a strong emphasis on social media management, graphic design, and stakeholder management.

  • Strong understanding of social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn).
  • Experience working with marketing firms and managing social media influencers.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field preferred.
