About the position

The Digital Marketing Manager at Market Traders Institute is responsible for leading a small team to drive online revenue and lead acquisition through effective digital marketing strategies. This role focuses on optimizing customer journeys using Go High Level CRM, with an emphasis on email marketing, lead generation, and webinar-driven sales. The manager will oversee the execution of multi-channel campaigns, analyze performance metrics, and ensure the team collaborates effectively to achieve marketing goals.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute online lead generation strategies through SEO, PPC, and social media channels.
  • Oversee the marketing and promotion of daily sales webinars to increase attendance.
  • Manage and optimize the sales funnel for e-commerce, converting leads into paying subscribers.
  • Leverage Go High Level CRM for automated email sequences and client database management.
  • Lead and mentor a 4-person marketing team, setting clear goals and driving performance.
  • Plan and execute multi-channel digital marketing campaigns aligned with webinar promotions.
  • Use Google Analytics and CRM data to track performance and provide insights for optimization.
  • Collaborate with content creators to develop engaging email and social media content.
  • Allocate marketing budgets effectively to maximize ROI.
  • Stay current on industry trends and continuously optimize marketing strategies.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing with a focus on lead generation and email marketing.
  • Expert-level proficiency in Go High Level CRM for email automation and campaign tracking.
  • Proven track record in driving online lead generation and e-commerce sales, particularly for subscription products.
  • Strong experience with email marketing, PPC, SEO, SEM, and social media advertising.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics and Facebook Ads Manager.
  • Data-driven approach with the ability to analyze performance metrics.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
